Alright, as far as business we talked
about safety concerns on campus. With the recent attempted abduction it
is even more important to be careful and not walk alone especially after
Topic was meditation.
Some of the benefits are grounding, controlling your mind and it can
help you go to sleep easier. There are different types such as past life
meditation to help bring memories, relaxing, hypnosis, and sometimes we
don't even know we are meditating, we just go on auto pilot for a while
and zone out. One thing meditation can be helpful with is taking
information out of your subconscious and bringing it to where you can
access it easily.
For some people listening
to music can help them meditate and it doesn't have to be something
quiet like Enya, it just has to be something you can relax to even if
that is Metallica or something. There are ways to use specific herbs and
fungi to help meditation or to achieve specific goals with meditation
but its best to make sure first that you are using them right and they
wont harm you.
The most important thing with meditation is that if you think you won't
be able to meditate, then you won't be able to. You need to put yourself
in the correct mindset before trying.
